Leasehold

Loans and mortgages for leasehold retail businesses are available.

Lenders have virtually abandoned the retail market so obtaining funds in this area has become more than difficult. One of our highly-respected funders is still open for business and loans of up to 100% of purchase price or valuation is available with additional security.

For re-finance, 50% of valuation is available over a 10 year period.

Freehold non-standard lending

This product is ideal for someone who may have a chequered financial history.

We can offer loans up to 75% of purchase, i.e. property and business, or 100% of bricks and mortar – whichever is the lesser. The maximum term is 10 years. Turnaround from initial enquiry to credit-backed offer can take as little as two weeks.

Development

We have private investors who are actively looking for experienced developers with small projects to invest in.
The maximum loan on this is 60-65% of GDV. Turnaround is fast – we recently arranged a loan which drew down within two weeks of initial contact.
