High street banks have an appetite for property investments. The main criteria is that the client must have net assets in excess of £1 million. Development and trading companies are of no interest to them as they are primarily looking for Buy to Let investors. Their rates start at 2.25% over bank base and their turnaround from initial meeting to offer is about 4 days.

The Business Development Manager does not have to submit an application to a credit department, all their decisions are made in branch. We have over the last year introduced a number of high net worth clients to them, who have all been more than pleased with the results of their meeting.
