Funding for Professional Practices

We are able arrange 100% funding including soft costs for professionals, ie, doctors, dentists, vets and lawyers.  The sort of cost that a client would be looking at is base rate, currently 0.5%, plus a margin of 2%; so in total, an interest rate of 2.5%.  Bank fees are negotiable, but for this type of business, 1% of funding is usual.

We have in the past arranged finance for Doctors, Dentists, Solicitors and Accountants.  Our funders have a great deal of appetite for professionals as their risk is minimal.  Cutting edge rates and terms are always returned to us as the market is so competitive.  Many professional practices just approach their own bankers and accept what is given, however, there is a strong case for exploring the market more thoroughly and Commercial and Development Finance are more experienced in the market place so a phone call to us would not be a waste of time.  If it was requested, one of our trained consultants could be with a prospective client within 24 hours.
